Brief
Elephant Healthcare is a health technology company, providing beautiful, simple software solutions to digitise complex healthcare systems. Elephant contracted Namvela to support the scale up of their digital products by generating new business intelligence, marketing positioning and outreach strategies for key prospective investors.
What We Did
Namvela conducted a rapid market landscaping to determine key trends in digital health products, and a thorough competitor, partner and investor analysis, with key priorities and past investments established for prospective donors. A segmentation of key investor segments was developed, with Elephant’s value proposition, pitch messages and an outreach strategy including target personnel developed for each priority donor/partner. Namvela also supported with proposal development and outreach to prospective investors.
